Includes tool necessary to properly counter the rotation of the crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer during removal and reinstallation of crank bolt. Secures the pulley in place not allowing it to rotate during removal and reinstallation of crank bolt. Specially designed to work on 1990 and newer HONDA and ACURA models and HONDA CIVIC 1980 and newer models.
